Online Directory Tutorial

This page will help members of MSCC access the Congregational Directory.

  • getting started

    Begin by going to

    The picture on the left shows a partial screenshot.  If you see this, you are in.

    Type in the name of the person you are looking for. It's that simple.

  • Logging in

    You may see a screen that looks like this. If you do and you remember your password, fill in both parts and click the check.

    If you don't remember your password click the "Need a password?" below.

  • Get a password

    You will see this box. Type in your email and Planning Center will send you a password reset link. Create a new password and you will be good to go. Be sure to save you new password in a place that you can remember it. :)

  • Don't worry

    Could anyone request a password and get access? NO!  If they tried, they would get a response that looks like this.  Only people listed in the directory can get access to it.

    If, on the other hand, it doesn't recognize your real email, contact Pastor Peter.

  • Profile page

    Profile pages usually have a picture of the person in the top left corner.  Next to that there are smaller pictures of other people in their household. If you click on any of these smaller pictures, you go to that person's profile.

    Profiles include information about membership, age, marital status. They also include a person's email address, phone number and address. 

  • Updating or editing

    Only the managers can edit or update profiles. If you find that your profile is missing photos or other information, please contact Lorna or Peter to update

  • Apps for your phone

    All of this is available on your phone as well

  • Safety First

    Only people who are invited by the managers can view this directory.

    Once you are invited, you must create a personal password that is for you only. This assures that no unapproved people have access to this information.

    Managers have the power to turn off access.  This assures that no unapproved people have access to this information.

    These controls are for your safety.  We would not want to publish unsecured personal information online.
