Originally from South Sudan, this Christian group immigrated to Utah about 20 years ago as refugees. The group of about 20-25 is not yet a legally organized church body and don't have an ordained pastor but have two worship leaders that take turns preaching in their original languages Arabic and Mabaan, Lagi Lal and Joseph Anglo. For the past 20 years they have been hosted at Wasatch Presbyterian Church. They have expressed interest in cultural exchange and joint worship opportunities which we will explore.
